This package is for the couple that wants assistance from a professional wedding planner. We will help you with the wedding timeline management and make wedding vendor recommendations. We are happy to tailor this package according to the needs of your event. If you’re a couple that has initiated planning and booked vendors, but would like reliable and trustworthy assistance in ensuring that all the details come together perfectly, this is the package for you! We quickly and effectively pick up where clients have left off to manage vendors and all unfinished details to make your vision a reality. With our event consultants by your side, each detail is flawlessly executed, just the way you originally planned.
1 coordinator per 150 guests
Regular meetings and consultations 2 months prior to your event
Vendor referrals as needed
Vendor contact review to ensure accurate delivery on your event day
Assistance throughout the event date to ensure smooth execution
Assistance with ceremony order and selection
Create a detailed wedding day timeline for vendors
Coordination of reception details with caterer, DJ, emcee, photographer, and event staff
Coordination and styling of ceremony and reception details including, but not limited to décor, centerpieces, guest welcome table, etc
Sourcing favors, menu cards, table numbers, escort cards, etc
Create ceremony diagrams for the event
Orchestrate behind-the-scenes assistance in event scheduling and logistics
Supervision for the setup of all event aspects
Organize final vendor confirmations while also coordinating final event details for vendors

Venue selection and contract negotiation – Let us find the perfect venue for your event
Budget management
Initial planning meeting/consult to set the foundation for your vision and aesthetic
Facilitate the selection of your vendors, including, but not limited to catering, décor, rentals, linens, photography/videography, DJ, AV, hotel room blocks, favors, staffing needs, etc
Review vendor contracts and make recommendations if needed
Work directly with designated vendors to carry client concept and vision through the overall presence of the event
Unlimited phone and email correspondence throughout the planning process
Timeline planning – we will review all the details and logistics for your event
Venu walk throughs
Oversee day of production to supervise deliveries, set up, and implementation
Provide vendor direction, attend to guest needs/inquiries, and navigate challenging situations on the day of event
